Resepi Roti Pita Simple



as a career mom, sometimes we just have a very limited stock of raw ingredients by the end of the week.so got no idea what to cook? thinking of going out for dinner? what a hassle..with kids around, got to go out, be prepared, waiting for food, no guarantee that its going to be nice, n costly...

so here's a simple recipe for a perfect dinner for a weekdays' nite..



ingredient A:

1)sosej or chicken breast-nicely chopped
2)cabbage-also nicely chopped
3)carrot-grated(parut)-betul ke hinggerish aku nih (belasah ler yer, karang nk tulis bm sepenuhnye my international fren x paham lak)
4)onion-thinly sliced
5) cooking oil or olive oil (depend on your budget)
6) ready made pita bread

for finishing touch :
salsa sauce or chili sauce or tomato ketchup -depend
mayonise or thousand island- depend

the steps are:
-heat the pita bread on a pan-put aside
-heat 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
-stir fry the onion until brown, put the chopped sosej n stir for about 2 mins. done
-put the sosej into the pita bread, put the vege, u can sprinkle a bit of grated cheese if u want
-seasoning with the mayonise and salsa sauce

p/s :if u want to add another kind of vege, then go ahead, suit yourself, dont be afraid..remember...peoples invented , we innovate...that's the way i cook..
