Resepi Phat Phet Ayam


hye there...
first of all i believe that most of us love fried chicken. it taste good n easy to cook..but some of us are too bz even to fry this chicken esp for a career mum. so here's the tip, everytime u cook fried chicken, cook more than usualy. n put the leftover in the frigde. the next day u can cook a thai food named phat phet chicken.

phat phet in thai word means, masak merah but of course with the touch of siamese style.. the ingredients are :

ingredient A

1) 2 sticks of lemon grass(serai)
2) 3 lime leaves (daun limau purut)
3) 1 tablespoons tumeric powder (serbuk kunyit)
4) 1 tablespoons red chili paste (cili kering kisar)
5) 3 garlic (bawang putih)- chopped
6) 1 big onion (bawang besar)- thinly sliced

ingredient B

fried chiken (chopped into cubes )
vege- cauliflower n carrots

the steps are :

heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil or olive oil, then put ingredient A altogether, hive a nice gentle stir, when the onion looked tender, put ingredient B altogether..put half cup of plain water, stir around for about 2mins n leave for about 5 mins. then, it's done.

time of preparation : less then 15mins
serve with a cup of rice n omelet or telur mate kerbau..hehe..
